Welcome to the Home Page of London Quilters.  If you would like to get in touch with us please use the Contact form above.  You will also find links to members' sites and other sites of interest, as well as an archive of earlier features. 

About Us

London Quilters is a group of quilt and textile art enthusiasts who meet once a month at Abbey Community Centre near Swiss Cottage.  The group was founded over thirty years ago and currently has over 40 members, ranging from keen beginners to professionals, with work encompassing traditional and modern quilts as well as art wall hangings and three dimensional pieces.

Congratulations to Anne who was thrilled to win this beautiful quilt!

Thank you to everyone who bought tickets in support of the charity.
The raffle and donations raised £3,300 in aid of Castlehaven Emergency Food Bank.

Meetings
​

In January and February 2025 London Quilters meet from 7-9pm on Zoom on the third Monday of the month. From March to July and from September to November the group meet at the new time of 6.30-8.30 at Abbey Community Centre, 172 Belsize Road, London, NW6 4BJ.

​The Centre is located 10-15 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage station on the number 31 bus route.

The annual membership fee is £40 (September 2023 - August 2024). A reduced rate of £20 applies for those joining from March onwards. To apply to join please complete the membership form on the Membership tab.

Visitors are welcome to attend meetings for a fee of £5 and those who would like a free taster attendance at one virtual meeting may join us by using the Contact tab above.
